It’s a fact that advertising copy is getting shorter and shorter – a direct result of what I believe to be our ever-diminishing attention span (guilty as charged). It is a harsh reality all copywriters must face but there is hope. I found my writing outlet thanks to the folks at South Magazine. They provided this humble wordsmith with the opportunity to flex some narrative muscle and contribute to their regional publication; a creative Mecca that is infusing the South with a whole new style swagger.
